Martin R. Hoke is an Ohio Republican who served in the United States House of Representatives for two consecutive terms from 1992-1996. Born in Lakewood, Ohio, he attended Western Reserve Academy and Amherst College. He earned a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1980.
